Filing Steps
Step 1 - Enter your personal info
Answer simple personal questions on our secure Web site (name, address, visa status ...). Based on your responses we will refer you to the best tax professional available. Your personal information will be then transferred to a tax pro.
Step 2 - Interview with a Tax Pro
The tax pro will contact you by phone or email and request your tax documents (via fax or mail).
Tip: Make sure to allow enough time faxing in your tax documents before your interview.
During your interview, your tax pro will make sure you have all the information needed to complete your return and save you money on your taxes by pointing out extra deductions.
The tax pro will review your tax situation and provide you with a fee quote based on the complexity of your tax return.
Step 3 - Approve your refund for filing
The tax pro will prepare your return and you will be notified when it's ready for review and approval. You will then submit payment to the tax pro and the tax pro will mail you the tax return that you must sign and mail to the IRS. Currently the Internal Revenue Service does not allow the electronic filing (efile) of nonresident tax returns.
